Includes irradiation unit, external stop/start switch, baby support, Instructions for use (Available in English & Spanish), and 10 disposable Bilicombis (model# 8000336). 120V/60Hz,20W. Two year limited warranty. UL listed. For use only with Bilicombi and medela replacement lights, sold seperately. Meets AAP guidelines
