Great breast pump! Review by Halleh
Quality Price Value The Medela Pump In Style Advanced breast pump is great even though i only used it for a short time. It worked as advertised and came highly recommended from several friends and the hospital! Definitely worth the money! (Posted on 3/2/10)

Buy it, buy it, buy it Review by Dana
Value Quality Price I did extensive research when shopping for a breast pump after my son was born. I was uncertain about buying a product that no one I knew personally had used before. Breast pumps aren't exactly like coffee makers or blenders! Anyhow, I found this product so easy to use. It was great for being at work and truly allowed for enough milk to be used the next day for my little guy and even to store in the freezer! I had a manual pump for my daughter a few years earlier and enjoyed storing it away after I started using this one.
All I can say is buy it...you will not regret the purchase. (Posted on 1/3/10) -
The one and only. Review by Roxxana
Quality Price Value The Medela Pump in style in my opinion (my friends agree) is by far the ebst breast pump out there… I expressed my milk the first 2 weeks and than when i went back to work and this pump rocks!!
Fast and fairly quiet so my whole office didnt hear what i was doing. It is one of the more expensive pumps but if you will be feeding your baby breast milk only you will put that pump to use i promise. (Posted on 12/22/09) -
A must have for every mom! Review by Jennifer Cooper
Quality Price Value I bought the Medela Pump in Style breast pump after close research on what breastpumps would be best. And I have to say, having the double electric medela breast pump is great, easy, fast and so practical. I would recommend this to any busy mom, even first time moms, as this product is so easy to use. Easy to clean too.
The different settings on the breast pump makes it more comfortable. And it also has a "let-down" setting.
The bag is also great to store bottles etc in for moms on the go, you really dont have to worry about anything with this breast pump! You can plug it in, or use the batteries if you're not in reach off a wall plug.
I would definitely say its worth the price you pay. I had read some horror stories about other breast pumps, that i started questioning if i even wanted one. But reading the great reviews and other moms experiences with the medela pump in style pump, I decided to buy this, and i think every single penny is worth it.

Great Pump. Overall Great Size & Design. Also I got it for the best price at heyyoubaby.com Review by Emma Wooley
Quality Price Value Well after 6 days spent in hospital trying to master the fine art of breast feeding my twins, I thought there was nothing more my poor boobies and I could possibly experience.Having twins brings its own share of public interest as all twin mums will agree but I got the feeling that my breasts had become celebrities in their own right at the hospital. With at least 10 different midwifes having a turn at "shaping" my nipples to suit my fussy boy who refused to latch on without a fight, to having minute dribs of colostrum sucked into a syringe in front of a couple of my poor unsuspecting visitors, what ever next!
Surely now we had cracked it, (no pun intended,) with 5 successful weeks at the GG Dairy resulting in two very contented rapidly expanding babies.
However I decided that a bit of help at feeding time could only be a good thing, especially for the ear drums, and I have a theater trip booked in march, when I will be leaving the twins with their Grandma so thought it best to be prepared in case I had any problems.
So at last onto the review....
The pump itself is presented in or should I say disguised as a swish black rucksack, so fab to take to the office or workplace. Its not too heavy and has loads of handy storage pockets, as well as a cool bag to store 4 bottles and the ice pack.
It can be plugged in or run off of batteries, although you will need 10 which should give around 3 hours of "pumping power."
For my purpose, using the pump at home my main concerns were how easy would it be to use and would it hurt!
The answer to the first I soon found out ,thanks to clear easy to read yet brief instructions was ...Yes it is really simple to use and comes apart easily for cleaning.
Secondly does it hurt...not at all. It was a new experience for the three of us, my boobs and I...and one I was glad to keep private, finding that the best results were achieved when I relaxed in a quiet atmosphere, (a rare thing in a twin household)and expressed earlier in the day or when I felt most full.
I would recommend this breast pump if you are looking for an efficient way to express with the option of single or dual action. Quick and easy but not too squeezey...with a choice of speeds to suit you and your breasts as well as an extra bit of kit for manual expressing.
I.M.O a brilliant choice for breast feeding mums of one kid or multiple kids alike! (Posted on 1/9/09)
