Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Our standard shipping methods are FedEx and the USPS Postal Service. In transit shipping time can range from 1-6 business days after your order ships depending on your location and which fulfillment center your order shipped from.
At Hey You Baby! (HeyYouBaby.com), shipping and handling charges are based on the following:
  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • Your shipping preferences
  • You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Place Order" page in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

    Returns & Replacements
    Our 14-Day return policy applies to most items in our store. To return an item it must be returned in its original unopened packaging with a return merchant authorization number (RMA#). Since breast pumps and breast pump accessories are personal, single-user items (as registered with the FDA), they are not returnable to Hey You Baby! (HeyYouBaby.com) and all sales are final. Defective items should be returned to the manufacturer, not Hey You Baby! (HeyYouBaby.com) for repair or replacement.
  • All returns must be in their original unopened packaging. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or opened boxes that are returned.
  • The item must be postmarked within 14 days from date of purchase to be returned.
  • You must request a return merchant authorization number (RMA#) and return address prior to sending your order back. Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page to make your request, the information will be forwarded to you within the next business day. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returns and refused shipments.
  • Returns received without an approved return authorization number (RMA#) will automatically get refused at no cost to Hey You Baby! (HeyYouBaby.com).
  • Your refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to make your original purchase.
  • If you received free shipping for your purchase, the refund for your return will be less the actual original shipping and handling charges. Please contact us if you would like to know the exact amount of your item’s original shipping charge before returning the item.
  • We suggest that you ship your return through a service that provides package tracking because we cannot issue refunds for returns that have been lost in shipping.
     
  • Free Shipping Policy
    Hey You Baby! (HeyYouBaby.com) offers free shipping for any order that exceeds $99 USD and shipped to the contiguous 48 states. There is no free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The free shipping method will be shipped FedEx ground, and will take approximately seven (7) to nine (9) business days to arrive. If you need your order at a quicker time, you can choose a quicker shipping method of your choice. The free shipping option is not valid for payment made via Google Checkout.

    International Orders
    To verify all international orders, HeyYouBaby.com requires a scanned copy of your credit card, front and back, with your billing information, telephone number, as well as a valid photo ID. You will not be charged New York Tax but you will be responsible for duties in the country where we ship the merchandise. Please check with your proper agencies. We do mail packages through the Post Office and most of the time there is no duty but there are no guarantees. International orders are processed on an individual basis and are only shipped after verification is completed. Any incorrect information received will result in automatic cancellation of the order. We reserve the right not to process such orders and to change the terms of this policy without notice. Orders that are returned or refused will not only be subject to charges per our store policy but will also incur all charges associated with customs fees for the release of the package and return freight charges.
